We start with a no-obligation conversation
We start from the process or challenge you want to look into. Together we go through how the process works today, and where you find that unnecessary time is being spent.
The conversation comes with no obligation. It gives us an understanding of where we can use our expertise to help you, and it gives you a sense of what is possible with AI today.

We run a workshop with you
If we see potential together, we run a workshop with you.
There we go through the process with you and present our take on how an integrated AI solution can improve it.
The aim is to arrive together at a solution and a scope that makes sense for you.

You receive a concrete proposal
Based on the workshop we prepare a proposal for the solution we have agreed on.
The proposal describes what we build, how the solution is meant to work, the scope of the project and the running of it afterwards.
Once you have approved it, we start development.

We build the solution in close dialogue with you
Along the way you get to test it and give feedback continuously. That lets us adjust the solution as we go, instead of making changes only once it is finished.

We deliver, run and improve the solution
Once the solution is ready, we implement it at your end and take care of running it technically.
From there we follow the solution, service it and adapt it when your processes change or new needs come up.
At the same time we keep the underlying AI technology up to date and keep assessing whether newer models or technologies can improve the solution.
